1) Research to find an under-targeted but popular topic (niche).

2) Select an appropriate keyword based domain name and find additional focused keywords to target.

3) Register the domain you have selected and setup your website hosting.

4) Setup Wordpress and adjust the basic look of your site.

5) Add content to create a keyword rich website that contains unique material. (Wordpress sites are quick and easy.)

6) Decide how you plan to make money with your site: Google Adsense, Clickbank, affiliate products, sell your own products (drop shipped or shipped yourself) or your choice (or combination) of many other ways to make a profit (monetize) your website.

7) Drive traffic to your new site: article marketing, various search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, post to forums, press releases email marketing and a few other special techniques that you can learn elsewhere on my site.

8) Consider paid advertising such as Google Adwords or other pay per click (PPC) programs. This can get expensive fast, so unless the resulting profits are substantially larger, be careful before deciding to spend money on ads!

9) Continue to expand your article marketing efforts! These articles should be keyword rich and must contain anchor text backlinks to your site.
